Madrid Cricket Club celebrates AGM and Xmas lunch

On Saturday 11th December at 13:30, Madrid Cricket Club will hold its Annual General Meeting and Christmas lunch at O’Neill’s (C/Principe).

All members are encouraged to attend the meeting, which will review the club’s progress during the current year and will include the elections for next year’s committee. Attached is a copy of the proposed agenda. Let me know if you would like any additions or changes. The meeting will need to get underway promptly at 13:30, so please ensure that you arrive on time.

The meal will begin at around 15:30, and is open to members and non-members alike (so invite your family and friends). O’Neill’s are putting on a traditional British Christmas lunch, with a choice of starter and main course, followed by pudding, coffee and liqueur for 25 euros (a copy of the menu is attached). Please confirm to me your attendance and choice of starter and main course before Saturday 4th December.

Hope to see as many you there as possible. It’ll be a great opportunity to catch up with all your friends from the club (and avoid the xmas shopping!).
